ABOUT SOLSTICE HYBRID ACADEMY

Solstice Hybrid Academy is a project-based microschool designed to help students learn through curiosity, creativity, and real-world experiences. Our students engage in hands-on projects, field trips, community experiences, and collaborative exploration.

Solstice is not a traditional classroom. Our team serves as guides and mentors who support students academically, socially, and emotionally while encouraging independence, creativity, and meaningful learning.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Solstice Hybrid Academy is seeking a part-time Assistant Learning Guide to support our unique learning environment. This role is ideal for an educator who enjoys working with diverse learners, values experiential education, and is comfortable supporting students in a flexible, non-traditional setting.

  • Help implement strategies that support neurodiverse learners.

Collaborate with the Teaching Team

  • Work closely with the Lead Learning Guide to support daily instruction.
  • Assist with preparation for projects, activities, and field experiences.
  • Contribute to maintaining a supportive and positive learning culture.

WHO YOU ARE

A Patient and Supportive Educator

  • Comfortable working with students with diverse learning needs.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
