Realizar a gestão administrativa e comercial da carteira de clientes, assegurando atendimento eficiente, agilidade nas tratativas, controle dos processos comerciais e suporte às entregas operacionais. Acompanhar propostas, contratos, faturamentos, pendências e prazos, garantindo rastreabilidade, qualidade das informações e alinhamento entre as áreas envolvidas. Atuar com foco na satisfação do cliente, na saúde do fluxo comercial e no cumprimento das metas da empresa.

· Realizar a gestão da carteira de clientes, garantindo atendimento direto, registro das interações e acompanhamento das demandas comerciais;

· Monitorar o status dos motores em processo de recuperação, alinhando informações com Produção, PCP e Qualidade;

· Acompanhar faturamento, inadimplência e previsões, garantindo o cumprimento dos prazos estabelecidos;

· Elaborar e enviar propostas comerciais, assegurando condições de execução do serviço, preços, prazos e margem de contribuição;

· Preparar e enviar documentação de finalização dos processos comerciais aos clientes;

· Alimentar, atualizar e controlar planilhas, dashboards e sistemas internos para acompanhamento de indicadores e resultados;

· Assegurar e acompanhar a programação de coletas e entregas de motores com Logística e PCP;

· Realizar visitas comerciais e participar de reuniões presenciais com clientes, quando necessário;

· Gerir contratos ativos: acompanhar prazos, saldo residual, indicadores BMM, feedbacks e alinhamentos com gestores de contrato;

· Apresentar relatório de metas, previsões de faturamento e resultados mensais para a Diretoria e Coordenação;

· Assegurar rastreabilidade dos pedidos, desde a solicitação até a entrega final ao cliente;

· Treinar e apoiar novos colaboradores do setor comercial, orientando sobre processos internos e padrões de atendimento;

· Negociar condições comerciais (preço, prazo e escopo) com foco em ganho mútuo e viabilidade operacional;

· Acompanhar compras de peças e equipamentos críticos com o setor de Suprimentos (jogos de bobinas, peças AT, motores, etc.);

· Participar de reuniões de avaliação de desempenho dos contratos com os clientes;

· Elaborar BMM para acompanhamento interno (propostas autorizadas, laudos e status dos serviços);

· Solicitar notas fiscais de serviço, venda e retorno quando necessário;

· Abrir chamados de divergência relacionados a notas fiscais em plataformas externas;

· Enviar nota fiscal assinada e passaporte de transporte ao Financeiro para análise de títulos em aberto;

· Acompanhar sistemas de informações para recebimento de pedidos de faturamento e requisição de compras;

· Executar outras atividades relacionadas ao cargo, determinadas pelo superior imediato;

· Comprometer-se com o atingimento das metas estabelecidas pela empresa;

· Comunicar ao superior imediato quaisquer variações, riscos ou problemas identificados durante a execução das atividades;

· Proceder conforme procedimentos internos, manuais e fluxos operacionais do setor;

· Zelar pelos bens patrimoniais, sistemas e acessos corporativos;

· Disponibilidade para viagens;

· Cumprir as normas de Ética, Compliance, SGQ, SSMA e políticas internas.
