The posting

Atuar na prospecção, qualificação e relacionamento com potenciais clientes, identificando oportunidades comerciais e contribuindo para o crescimento da base de clientes da Kairós Motores. Manter o CRM atualizado, apoiar o agendamento de reuniões estratégicas e fortalecer a integração entre as áreas Comercial, Marketing e Técnica.

1. Prospecção e Inteligência de Dados

· Realização de contatos ativos e receptivos com clientes e leads do setor industrial.

· Utilização de ferramentas avançadas de inteligência (como Apollo e Lusha) para extração e enriquecimento de contatos estratégicos.

· Qualificação de leads de acordo com as etapas e critérios técnicos definidos no CRM.

· Montagem e atualização de listas de potenciais clientes por segmento, localização e potencial de manutenção eletromecânica.

· Pesquisa de dados empresariais (CNPJ, ramo e decisores) para mapeamento de contas estratégicas.

2. Gestão de Oportunidades e Portais

· Monitoramento e acompanhamento de oportunidades de negócio em portais de compras públicos e particulares.

· Gestão de processos de cadastros internacionais e manutenção de identidades globais (como o DUNS Number), assegurando os requisitos para contratação com multinacionais.

· Realização do cadastro da empresa como fornecedora para viabilizar futuras parcerias e contratos.

· Atendimento inicial de venda direta e suporte a leads via WhatsApp e e-mail.

3. Gestão de Processos e Inovação

· Pesquisa e avaliação de softwares e novas ferramentas tecnológicas para otimização do setor comercial.

· Manutenção rigorosa dos registros no CRM, garantindo a integridade do pipeline e o report detalhado de todas as reuniões.

· Agendamento de reuniões comerciais e técnicas entre leads qualificados e a equipe técnica.

· Execução de follow-ups pré e pós-reunião para garantir o avanço do lead no funil.

4. Estratégia e Alinhamento

· Participação em reuniões de alinhamento com o time comercial para apresentação e análise de resultados.

· Consolidação de relatórios periódicos de prospecção e indicadores de desempenho (KPIs).

· Contribuição na definição de Perfil de Cliente Ideal (ICP), regiões estratégicas e cadências de contato.

· Colaboração na criação de roteiros e templates de mensagens para prospecção.
