Gør en forskel hver dag! Kaløvigskolen skal udvide og søger pædagoger til løbende opstart

Kaløvigskolen udvider. Derfor søger vi i den kommende tid løbende engagerede pædagoger til faste stillinger på 35-37 timer ugentligt.

I første omgang søger vi nu en pædagog til opstart pr. 01.12.26

Kaløvigskolen er en specialskole for børn med socioemotionelle udfordringer og behov for ekstra støtte, tydelige rammer og omsorgsfulde voksne. Vi arbejder relationelt og fagligt funderet for at skabe trygge læringsmiljøer, hvor børnene kan lykkes.

Du er godt hjulpet på vej til at blive en del af holdet, hvis du:

  • Er enig i og kan arbejde ud fra vores børnesyn, bl.a. forankret i Ross Greenes tilgang “Børn gør det godt, hvis de kan – et barn er én, men én blandt flere”
  • Vægter relations arbejde højt og er en autentisk og omsorgsfuld voksen for børn, der har det svært i skolelivet
  • Har indlevelsesevne og en legende tilgang til børn
  • Hviler i dig selv og er robust i arbejdet med relations forstyrrede elever
  • Har lyst til at indgå i et tæt og ligeværdigt samarbejde med lærere og andre faggrupper
  • Kan arbejde struktureret og samtidig være omstillingsparat
  • Er skriftligt velfunderet
  • Ser værdien i et tæt og tillidsfuldt samarbejde med forældre
  • Har noget, du brænder for, og kan igangsætte meningsfulde aktiviteter for eleverne
  • Trives i en arbejdsform, hvor skoledelen fylder en stor del af arbejdsdagen
