Kaleido Kids is an enrichment provider offering programmes in Public Speaking, Dance, Yoga, and Arts & Movement. Through engaging, child-centred experiences, we aim to help children build confidence, discover their strengths, and express themselves in their own unique ways.

About the Role

We are looking for Public Speaking Enrichment Instructors to join our growing team!

As an instructor, you will be conducting weekly Public Speaking enrichment classes at preschools across Singapore, working with children aged 3 to 6.

Our programme focuses on helping children become confident communicators through fun, hands-on activities such as Show & Tell, storytelling, speaking games, and presentations.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with young children, brings positive energy into the classroom, and can make learning an enjoyable experience for every child.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conduct fun, interactive, and age-appropriate Public Speaking lessons for preschool children.
  • Bring our curriculum to life through engaging activities, games, storytelling, and presentations.
  • Encourage children to speak up, share their ideas, and build confidence at their own pace.
  • Create a warm, positive, and supportive classroom environment.
  • Adapt activities to suit children's different ages, abilities, and learning needs.
  • Manage classroom routines and keep children engaged throughout the lesson.
  • Observe children's progress and provide feedback when needed.
  • Help prepare children for showcases or presentations where applicable.
  • Work closely with our team and partner preschools to ensure a positive learning experience.

Who We're Looking For

  • Experience in Public Speaking, Speech & Drama, English enrichment, or Early Childhood Education is preferred.
  • A confident and clear English speaker with good communication skills.
  • Enjoys working with young children and knows how to keep them engaged.
  • Patient, expressive, energetic, and creative in delivering lessons.
  • Comfortable managing a group of preschool children independently.
  • Able to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning needs and confidence levels.
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to commit to regular teaching schedules.
  • Relevant qualifications in Education, Early Childhood, Communication, Performing Arts, or related fields would be an advantage.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys teaching and believes in helping children grow in confidence!

Working Arrangements

  • Position: Part-Time / Freelance
  • Location: Various preschools across Singapore
  • Working Hours: Weekdays, based on assigned class schedules
  • Remuneration: Session-based rates, depending on teaching experience, qualifications, class duration, and group size.
  • Teaching Resources: Curriculum will be provided, with room for instructors to bring their own creativity into lessons.
