Dina arbetsuppgifter

Som samordnare arbetar du nära enhetschefen och bidrar till struktur, kvalitet och utveckling i verksamheten. Du är en viktig och central länk mellan medarbetare och ledning och har ett uppdrag som både är administrativt och verksamhetsnära. Du får möjlighet att påverka och utveckla arbetssätt som gör skillnad. I rollen ingår bland annat att: Medverka vid schemaplanering för att säkerställa en väl fungerande verksamhet. Bistå enhetschefen med administrativt stöd och uppföljning av nyckeltal och statistik. Stödja implementering och uppföljning av rutiner, arbetssätt och kvalitetsarbete. Samordna introduktion av ny personal, elever och praktikanter. Bidra till struktur och planering i det dagliga arbetet och underlätta en smidig vardag för medarbetarna.

Eftersom du kommer arbeta med allt från planering och uppföljning till att ge stöd i vardagen gör det att ingen dag är den andra lik. Du är en del av ett engagerat team med god samverkan och fokus på kvalitet och trygghet. Tillsammans skapar vi en omsorg där människor känner trygghet, kvalitet och omtanke.

Vi söker

Vi söker dig som har erfarenhet av administrativt arbete, gärna inom vård och omsorg samt grundläggande IT-kunskaper och förmåga att arbeta i digitala system. Du har god organisatorisk förmåga, är kommunikativ, lösningsorienterad och har lätt för att samarbeta med andra. Vi lägger stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper och hur du bidrar till en positiv arbetsmiljö. Meriterande är om du har: Erfarenhet av schemaplanering Kunskap om personaladministrativa processer Erfarenhet av administrativt och/eller vårdarbete i kommunal verksamhet
