Dina arbetsuppgifter

Du kommer att vara en ambassadör för patienterna i hälso- och sjukvårdsfrågor och ska på ett strukturerat sätt leda de kommunala hälso- och sjukvårdsinsatserna i ordinärt boende. Du kommer att arbeta efter på ett förebyggande arbetssätt och motivera patienterna till delaktighet utifrån deras förutsättningar. Pedagogiskt arbete med handledning och delegeringar i omvårdnadsarbetet till hemtjänstens personal är en betydande del av arbetet liksom arbete i team med andra yrkesgrupper både internt och externt.

Arbetet är självständigt med möjligheter att planera och påverka din dag genom schemaläggningen som görs i Time Care, vilket ger dig goda möjlighet att påverka ditt eget schema. Du kommer även ha möjligheter till kompetensutveckling.

Vi söker

Legitimerad sjuksköterska, specialistutbildning som distriktssköterska är meriterande. Tidigare erfarenhet av arbete som sjuksköterska är nödvändigt då arbetet har till stor del innebär självständiga bedömningar, ställningstaganden och prioriteringar. Du är ansvarstagande med en god förmåga att arbeta såväl självständigt som i team samt är bärare av ett positivt arbetsklimat. Du är engagerad och lyhörd med ett gott och professionellt bemötande mot din omgivning. Du har ett intresse och förmåga att initiera framtida utveckling inom hälso- och sjukvården i hemmet. Eftersom arbetet bygger på teamsamverkan och samarbete med många olika samarbetsparter lägger vi stor vikt vid personliga egenskaper som bidrar till god kommunikations- och samarbetsförmåga.
