KALO ist der Partner für die smarte Energiewende in der Wohnimmobilie. Wir erfassen den Energie- und Wasserverbrauch in Mehrparteienhäusern, bringen smarte Thermostate in die Wohnung, um Heizenergie zu sparen und binden Photovoltaik und Ladeinfrastruktur für Elektrofahrzeuge in die Immobilie ein.

Unser Ziel: Die CO2‑Emissionen im Gebäudesektor nachhaltig zu reduzieren.

Werde Teil von uns und unserer Mission. Ein besseres Klima beginnt zuhause. Zur Verstärkung suchen wir Dich, zunächst befristet auf ein Jahr, als Aushilfe (w/m/d) im Contract und Data Management auf Basis einer geringfügigen Beschäftigung. Werde eine wichtige Unterstützung im Team.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Administrative und unterstützende Tätigkeiten im Tagesgeschäft
  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Stamm- und Vorgangsdaten
  • Prüfung und Zuordnung eingehender Unterlagen
  • Bearbeitung einfacher, standardisierter Vorgänge
  • Teamübergreifende Unterstützung bei wiederkehrenden administrativen Aufgaben und Arbeitsspitzen
  • Unterstützung bei Datenbereinigungs- und Datenqualitätsmaßnahmen

  • Du hast eine schnelle und genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Du bist in allen Situationen sympathisch, kommunikativ, verbindlich und entscheidungsfreudig

  • Du besitzt Verantwortungsgefühl, bist motiviert und hast Lust und Spaß daran in einem Team zu arbeiten
