DESCRIÇÃO DA VAGA:

Garantir aquisições estratégicas, eficientes e sustentáveis de peças, equipamentos, materiais e serviços, assegurando o abastecimento das operações da Kalt Refrigeração com qualidade, competitividade de custos e agilidade. Atuar na otimização da cadeia de suprimentos por meio de negociações estratégicas, desenvolvimento de fornecedores, análise de custos e melhoria contínua dos processos, contribuindo para a redução de riscos, a maximização da margem operacional, a eficiência dos estoques e o atendimento às demandas internas e dos clientes, em alinhamento com os objetivos estratégicos da empresa.

RESPONSABILIDADES E ATRIBUIÇÕES:

  • Negociar preços, qualidade, prazos de entrega e forma de pagamento
  • Realizar cotações e orçamentos
  • Elaborar e acompanhar relatórios de desempenho dos fornecedores
  • Gerir os estoques e garantir o cumprimento das garantias
  • Acompanhar as entregas e o follow-up com os clientes
  • Validar e acompanhar os pagamentos aos fornecedores
  • Atualizar o catálogo de produtos e serviços
  • Participar na certificação e desclassificação de fornecedores
  • Analisar o mercado fornecedor e identificar modelos de fornecimento

REQUISITOS:

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Logística, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;
  • Experiência comprovada na área de Compras, preferencialmente com aquisição de peças, equipamentos, materiais e contratação de serviços;
  • Experiência em negociação com fornecedores, análise de custos e desenvolvimento de parcerias comerciais;
  • Conhecimento em gestão de estoque, cadeia de suprimentos e processos de compras;
  • Habilidade em análise de indicadores, controle de custos e identificação de oportunidades de melhoria;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas ERP e Excel para acompanhamento e análise de informações. BENEFÍCIOS:
