We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, engaging with prospective clients, and nurturing relationships to drive sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement.
  • Qualify leads by understanding their needs and determining their potential fit with our services.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities to effectively communicate our value proposition.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
