Tööülesanded: Ametikoha põhieesmärgiks on tagada Kambja Vallavalitsuse tegevuse õiguspärasus, osutades õigusalast nõustamist, osaledes haldusmenetluste läbiviimisel ja õigusaktide eelnõude koostamisel, korraldades lepingutega seotud õigusküsimuste lahendamist ning esindades valda kohtus ja teistes asutustes valla õiguste ja seaduslike huvide kaitseks. Omalt poolt pakume: • töötasu 3000-3200 eurot;• 35 päeva puhkust; • 5 tasustatud tervisepäeva aastas; • haigushüvitist esimesest päevast; • 200 eurot aastas tervise edendamise kulude hüvitamiseks; • võimalusi eneseteostamiseks; • koolitusi enesetäiendamiseks; • tasuta jõusaali kasutamist.

Muud nõuded: Nõuded kandidaadile:• õigusteaduse magistrikraad; • eesti keele oskus kõnes ja kirjas väga heal tasemel ning vähemalt ühe võõrkeele oskus tööks vajalikul tasemel; • põhjalikud teadmised riigi põhikorrast, kodanike õigustest ja vabadustest, avalikust haldusest, avalikust teenistusest ning kohaliku omavalitsuse korraldust reguleerivatest õigusaktidest; • põhjalikud teadmised ametikohast tulenevaid teenistusülesandeid reguleerivatest õigusaktidest ning asjaajamise, dokumendihalduse ja õigusaktide koostamise põhimõtetest. Oskus koostada ja menetleda oma valdkonna õigusakte ning muid ametlikke dokumente; • oskus rakendada tööks vajalikke Euroopa Liidu, Eesti Vabariigi ja valla õigusakte; • hea arvutikasutamise oskus, sealhulgas ametikohal vajalike infosüsteemide, registrite, andmekogude ja tarkvara kasutamise oskus; • hea koostöö- ja suhtlemisoskus, korrektsus, täpsus, kohusetundlikkus, tasakaalukus ning võime töötada tulemuslikult ka pingeolukorras.

Kandideerimisel annab eelise varasem töökogemus kohalikus omavalitsuses.
