U Kamgradu tražimo novu osobu za naš HR tim koja će se usmjeriti na pronalaženje i zapošljavanje proizvodnih radnika. Posao uključuje kombinaciju uredskih i terenskih aktivnosti. Lokacija: Zagreb, uz redoviti terenski rad

Opis posla:

  • Aktivno pronalaženje i privlačenje proizvodnih i operativnih radnika kroz različite kanale regrutacije, preporuke i izravne kontakte s kandidatima
  • Provođenje regrutacijskih aktivnosti iz ureda i na terenu, uključujući pretraživanje baza kandidata, pokretanje i praćenje kampanja te obilaske gradilišta i drugih lokacija radi pronalaženja potencijalnih radnika
  • Osmišljavanje novih i kreativnih načina dolaska do kandidata
  • Uspostavljanje i održavanje suradnje sa strukovnim školama radi privlačenja budućih talenata
  • Provođenje selekcijskog procesa, od pisanja i objave oglasa do inicijalnih razgovora i pripreme ponuda za zaposlenje
  • Organizacija onboardinga i praćenje zadovoljstva novih zaposlenika, uz pravovremeno prepoznavanje i rješavanje mogućih poteškoća
  • Administriranje i ažuriranje podataka u ATS sustavu te vođenje evidencija i analiza rezultata regrutacijskih aktivnosti
  • Vođenje evidencija i analiza rezultata regrutacijskih aktivnosti s ciljem unaprjeđenja procesa zapošljavanja

Koga tražimo i što očekujemo?

  • Iskustvo u regrutaciji i selekciji kandidata, poželjno proizvodnih i operativnih profila
  • Iskustvo u administrativnom vođenju procesa regrutacije, uključujući pisanje oglasa, selekciju kandidata i pripremu ponuda
  • Poželjno iskustvo u radu s ATS sustavima i administriranju baze kandidata
  • Izraženu proaktivnost, snalažljivost i kreativnost u pronalaženju kandidata
  • Razvijene komunikacijske i organizacijske vještine te sposobnost izgradnje odnosa s kandidatima
  • Odgovoran i transparentan pristup kandidatima, uz fokus na njihovo zadovoljstvo i zadržavanje
  • Vozačku dozvolu B kategorije, aktivno iskustvo u vožnji i spremnost na terenski rad diljem Hrvatske
