£17 per hour + free meals on shift

Full-time | 5 days on, 2 days off | 4045 hours per week

About the Role

Are you a passionate Chef looking to take your skills to a truly inspiring coastal location?

Were looking for a talented, motivated Chef to join the kitchen team at a prestigious hotel on the beautiful Gower Peninsula. Youll be part of a professional, supportive team that takes pride in delivering exceptional food using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Preparing and cooking high-quality, seasonal dishes to an exceptional standard
  • Supporting menu development and creating exciting seasonal specials
  • Maintaining the highest food hygiene and safety standards
  • Assisting with training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
  • Working closely with the Head Chef and team to ensure smooth service delivery

What Were Looking For

  • At least 2 years experience in a similar chef role
  • Relevant culinary qualifications
  • Passion for food, teamwork, and hospitality
  • Calm, reliable, and organised under pressure
  • Must drive and have own transport (location not accessible by public transport)
