Commercial Catering Engineer

Nottingham

£38,000 per year DOE

Monday - Friday, overtime available

As a Commercial Catering Engineer, you'll be integral to fitting, and maintaining commercial catering installations of varying sizes and configurations.

Responsibilities:

  • Install, commission, and calibrate a wide range of commercial catering equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, refrigeration units, and dishwashers.
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on catering equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying and resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Repair or replace faulty components, parts, or systems as needed.

Requirements:

  • Comcat Qualification
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on catering equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying and resolving technical issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Repair or replace faulty components, parts, or systems as needed.
