About the Role

In this role, you'll be stepping into a well-established practice focused on providing compassionate, expert legal advice to individuals navigating complex family matters. You'll handle a diverse range of cases, from private children disputes and protection against domestic abuse to divorce and financial settlements. This role calls for a skilled Family Lawyer who can guide clients through some of life's most challenging moments with professionalism and sensitivity. Working Hours

This role offers a hybrid working model with flexible hours tailored to balance your professional and personal life. The firm offers a forward-thinking payment structure and negotiable hours to suit your lifestyle and commitments.

Key Duties

  • Provide expert legal guidance across a broad spectrum of Family Law matters, including private children law, protection under the Family Law Act, divorce, and financial disputes both upon divorce and separation.
  • Build strong client relationships, fostering trust and understanding.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure clients receive well-rounded, compassionate support.
  • Handle cases from start to resolution, applying a practical and solution-oriented approach. Stay updated with Family Law developments and advise clients accordingly.
  • Attend and contribute to pro-bono training provided to local domestic abuse support charities

Key Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor of at least 5 years PQE with proven experience in family law
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Dedication to providing exceptional client care and maintaining confidentiality
