The posting

Job Title: Personal Injury Litigator (Solicitor or Fee-Earning Paralegal)

Location: Speke, Liverpool

Salary: Up to £40,000 (subject to 3-month probation review)

Working Pattern: Office-based initially with hybrid working post-probation

Are you an experienced Personal Injury litigator looking to join a reputable GMB Union panel firm?

I'm currently working closely with a well-regarded national law firm based in Speke, Liverpool, as they look to grow their litigation team with the addition of a Personal Injury Solicitor or an experienced Fee-Earning Paralegal.

This opportunity offers the chance to work within a supportive, union-backed environment handling a caseload of 8090 fast-track litigated personal injury files, primarily EL/PL and RTA claims.

The Role:

  • Managing a caseload of 80-90 fast-track personal injury litigation files, from issue through to settlement or trial.
  • Cases will include a mix of Employers Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL) and Road Traffic Accidents (RTA).
  • Youll work in a close-knit team that is highly regarded for its union-backed work and commitment to client care.
  • Youll initially be office-based during a 3-month probation period, after which a hybrid working pattern will be introduced.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Solicitor (12 years PQE) with demonstrable experience in personal injury litigation or Fee-Earning Paralegal with a proven ability to run your own fast-track litigated caseload
  • Strong understanding of the CPR, liability arguments, and effective case progression strategies
  • Excellent file management skills and the ability to handle volume caseloads while maintaining quality and compliance
  • Regulatory qualifications and compliance awareness are essential due to the nature of the work and union affiliation
  • A confident litigator who can work autonomously and drive cases forward efficiently

Package:

  • Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE (subject to 3-month probation period)
  • Opportunity to work with a GMB panel firm
  • Hybrid working offered after successful probation
  • Supportive and professional environment with long-term career prospects

If you're a litigation-focused personal injury solicitor or an experienced paralegal confident in managing your own litigated caseload, Id love to hear from you.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
