About the Role

In this role, youll be responsible for carrying out a range of plumbing and heating repairs, focusing on reactive maintenance for domestic properties in Brighton and the surrounding areas. Whether its fixing leaks, troubleshooting heating issues, or ensuring systems are running smoothly, youll be the go-to expert. Your ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly and efficiently will make a real difference to customers who rely on timely service.

About the Client

Our client is a leading heating and plumbing service provider with a solid reputation for delivering high-quality, reliable solutions to homeowners across Brighton. Known for their customer-first approach and commitment to excellence, they pride themselves on keeping homes safe, warm, and comfortable. With a growing portfolio of satisfied clients, they are now looking to expand their talented team of engineers.

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Overtime available

Key Duties

  • Reactive maintenance for plumbing and heating systems in domestic settings
  • Fault finding, repairs, and system diagnostics
  • Providing excellent customer service during call-outs
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in plumbing and heating (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent preferred)
  • Gas safe
  • Strong knowledge of domestic heating systems and plumbing installations
  • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot effectively
  • Full UK driving license
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
