About the Role

As a Senior CNC Machinist, you'll be a crucial part of the production team, responsible for setting, programming, and operating machines to ensure efficient and accurate production runs. Your role will involve managing tooling requirements, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the highest standards of quality control. You'll also be instrumental in new tooling development and will play a key role in rectifying non-conforming products. This is a hands-on role that offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to showcase your skills in a supportive environment.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am 5:00 pm

Friday: 8:00 am 2:00 pm

Key Duties

  • Setting and programming CNC machines for production runs.
  • Managing and maintaining tooling requirements, assisting in new tooling development.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving machine and production issues.
  • Ensuring safe, efficient, and precise production operations.
  • Completing quality control and job data documentation promptly and accurately.
  • Identifying and rectifying non-conforming products.

Key Requirements

  • Time-served, qualified CNC Machinist with at least 4 years of experience.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems efficiently.
  • Experience in setting up and running CNC jobs with precision and attention to detail.
