About the Role:

In this role, youll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a range of vehicles and trailers to the highest standards. Youll take on routine inspections to prevent future issues and ensure that each vehicle operates at peak performance. Your keen eye for detail will help spot potential problems before they escalate, and your technical know-how will ensure quick and efficient repairs. Youll be part of a collaborative team where your contributions will have a direct impact on maintaining the smooth operation of the workshop.

About the Client:

Our client is a well-established and reputable family-owned business that has been providing exceptional vehicle services for many years. Known for their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, they offer a supportive and dynamic environment for their team. Youll be joining a company that values both expertise and integrity, with a strong focus on teamwork and professional growth.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Occasional back shift required (backshift rates apply)

Overtime available- paid at time and a half.

Key Duties:

  • Diagnose and identify mechanical, electrical, and technical issues in vehicles and trailers.
  • Carry out efficient and effective repairs to ensure vehicle safety and optimal performance.
  • Conduct routine inspections to detect potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
  • Perform regular maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a seamless workflow and deliver exceptional service.
  • Uphold the highest standards of workmanship and quality in all tasks.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an LCV, HGV, PSV, or Trailer Technician, demonstrating your expertise in diagnostics, repairs, and inspections.
  • A strong commitment to quality work and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
