Do you want to create solutions that ensure the right coordination between sales, production, purchasing and suppliers? Are you passionate about optimizing supply chains and making logistics run smoothly? Are you looking for an internship at an international green tech company, with the opportunity to start earlier as a student worker?

Here is what your role entails

As our intern in Planning & Logistics you will be supporting our three core functions: Production Planning, Operational Purchasing, and Shipping, that ensures timely flow of materials and products from suppliers to our own production facilities. You will be contributing to efficient planning and continuous improvement across our supply chain.

More specifically, you will be:

  • Participating in meetings with production teams and contributing to short- and midterm production planning
  • Assisting our purchasers with various procurement processes and helping the Shipping team in planning and executing shipments
  • Engaging in improvement projects across our internal workflows together with the logistics and planning specialists
  • Conducting data analyses and tracking progress on project-related activities

As our Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across key supply chain disciplines, building a solid understanding of how planning, purchasing, and logistics work together to support business operations. From day one, you will be entrusted with meaningful responsibilities, while working on tasks that support your professional development. Moreover, you will do so while receiving guidance and support from experienced colleagues.

During your internship you will become part of our Planning & Logistics Department joining a team consisting of 7 dedicated colleagues with expertise in various logistics tasks across shipping, purchasing and production planning. Collaboration is a core element in our team where we value knowledge-sharing and strive to always be one step ahead. The close collaboration with your experienced colleagues gives you a unique opportunity for sparring and professional growth.

We are looking for a curious student who is ready to learn and eager to apply their knowledge about planning and logistics. Through your studies, you have developed a strong analytical mindset, enabling you to coordinate with suppliers and production planners. As a person you feel comfortable in a collaborative environment and excited about building internal and external relationships at all organizational levels.

In order to succeed, we imagine that you:

  • Are currently studying Supply Chain, Logistics, or another relevant field
  • Have a structured approach to your work that helps you maintain an overview in a dynamic environment with many ongoing tasks
  • Possess an analytical mindset and enjoy working with data to support decisions and improvements
  • See opportunities rather than limitations making you motivated to challenge existing processes with fresh perspective

As we are an international organization it is important that you are fluent in English and Danish.

You will also have the opportunity to join the department as a student worker prior to your internship, ensuring a smooth transition into the role.
