The posting

OBJECTIVE

  • To contribute to the overall operations of Learning & Development department.
  • To focus on continuous engagement with Krew to understand Training Needs of the resort and communicate effectively.
  • To be able to assist in monitoring, tracking and submission of all necessary departmental records on a routine basis.
  • To assist the Learning and Development Manager to maintain and upkeep the culture of the resort.
  • To actively participate in Team Building activities and engagement.

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create connection with all departments in the resort to get a better understanding of Training Needs.
  • Enhance knowledge of MS office for self-development and better assist as a key member of the Learning & Development Department.
  • Meet Departmental Trainers on routine basis to understand opportunities in Learning and Development and communicate to supervisor for bridging the gaps.
  • Maintain training resources including organising and coordinating the consultation processes with stakeholders for course content and learning/assessment materials development.
  • Organise bite Size sessions for the Team under the supervison of Learning & Development Manager.
  • Assist Learning & Development Department daily, monthly operation and record-keeping.
  • Ensure relative policies and standards are met in all training programs.

  • He/she is required to set the highest standards of performance both within his/her department and set an example for others outside his/her department.
  • Frequency of appraisal:
  • Performance to be appraised bi-annually.
  • Appraiser:
  • To be appraised by the Learning & Development Manager and Director of Learning & Development.
