Spannende Aufgaben warten:

  • Übernehmen der Gesamtprojektleitung, Teilprojektleitung oder Projektbegleitung in Informatik\- und Digitalisierungsprojekten über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus hinweg
  • Unterstützen und Beraten der Fachbereiche mit Kompetenz in Technologie, Prozessen und Projektmanagement bei der Gestaltung und Durchführung wirksamer Informatik\- und Digitalisierungsvorhaben
  • Begleiten unserer verwaltungsinternen Kundinnen und Kunden in der Prozessgestaltung, in der Business Analyse sowie in der Qualitätssicherung und Einführung von Lösungen
  • Koordinieren und Verbinden der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Auftraggebenden, Fachbereichen, internen Informatik\-Teams und externen Lieferanten
  • Weiterentwickeln und Mitgestalten der Sektion Projektmanagement durch innovative, vertrauensvolle, wirksame und wertschätzende Zusammenarbeit

Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Informatik\- und Digitalisierungsprojekten, idealerweise in einem komplexen Organisationsumfeld
  • Hochschul\- oder Fachhochschulabschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Weiterbildungen im Projekt\- und Prozessmanagement
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein gutes Gespür für Prioritäten, Risiken und unterschiedliche Interessen
  • Kommunikative und offene Persönlichkeit mit Freude an einer vertrauensvollen und wertschätzenden Zusammenarbeit mit Kundinnen und Kunden, Fachbereichen und Lieferanten
  • Freude daran, innovative, tragfähige und wirksame Lösungen für die kantonale Verwaltung mitzugestalten und umzusetzen

Ihr Arbeitsumfeld

Das Departement mit rund 650 Mitarbeitenden ist als Querschnittsdepartement dafür zuständig, dass dem Kanton die für die Aufgabenerfüllung notwendigen Ressourcen zur Verfügung stehen. Informatiklösungen erleichtern die tägliche Arbeit und machen diese effizienter. Zur Effizienzsteigerung der kantonalen Verwaltung tragen die Mitarbeitenden der Abteilung bei. Sie sind für die Strategie und den Betrieb der zentralen Informatik zuständig. Sie begleiten kantonale Grossprojekte und sorgen für leistungsfähige und moderne Informatiklösungen, die der Öffentlichkeit einen unkomplizierten Kontakt und Austausch mit den Verwaltungsstellen des Kantons ermöglichen.
