Aufgaben Visionen der Digitalisierung prägen: Als Taktiker/in übersetzen Sie Strategien in Pläne. Sie erstellen das Big Picture für E-Government, Webauftritt, Geschäftsverwaltung und weitere Bausteine und integrieren unsere Lösungen nahtlos in die kantonale Systemlandschaft. Wirtschaftliche IT-Services: Sie verantworten den wirtschaftlichen Betrieb des Ressorts. Mit Business-Cases prüfen Sie das fachliche und finanzielle Gleichgewicht der End-to-End-Lösungen, um echten Mehrwert für den Kanton zu schaffen. Trends & Lifecycle-Management: Sie überwachen den Lifecycle der Services, identifizieren Trends und initiieren frühzeitig Vorhaben. Sie agieren als Auftraggeber/in für kantonale IT-Projekte in Ihrem Bereich, prägen das Target Operating Model und treiben das Change Management voran Leadership & motivierende Führung: Sie führen vier Teamleitungen fachlich wie disziplinarisch mit klaren Zielen und wertschätzender Leistungskultur. Bei komplexen Hürden agieren Sie als klärende Eskalationsstufe und schaffen optimale Rahmenbedingungen. Zukunftsfähige Teamentwicklung: Sie verantworten Struktur und strategische Ausrichtung des Ressorts. Sie stellen sicher, dass die Teamleitenden Ressourcen und Kapazitäten vorausschauend planen und die Teams für künftige Vorhaben optimal aufgestellt sind. Profil Erfahrung: Sie bringen fundierte Digitalisierungserfahrung (End-to-End) und starkes Business-Verständnis mit. Sie haben erfolgreich IT-Teams aufgebaut, geführt, überzeugen durch Leadership und klare Kommunikation. Verwaltungskenntnisse sind ein Plus. Persönlichkeit: Sie denken zukunftsorientiert, handeln strukturiert und können Ziele sowie das «Wozu» klar vermitteln. Mit Durchsetzungsstärke und Ihrer gewinnenden, adressatengerechten Kommunikation holen Sie Ihre Teams und Stakeholder ab. Ausbildung: Sie verfügen über einen höheren Abschluss (Uni, FH) in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik. Dieses Fundament wird durch mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Digitalisierung und im anspruchsvollen Projektumfeld optimal ergänzt. Sprache: Sie kommunizieren jederzeit professionell, stilsicher und souverän auch auf Stufe Geschäftsleitung. Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse sind für diese Rolle zwingend, Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ideal ab. Einblick in unsere ArbeitIT BS ist der interne Informatikdienstleister des Kantons Basel-Stadt und gehört zum Finanzdepartement. Die Abteilung stellt die Kollaborations- und Kommunikationsinfrastruktur für die mobilen und stationären IT-Arbeitsplätze und den dazugehörigen Support bereit. Zusätzlich entwickelt IT BS auch diverse Angebote für die Öffentlichkeit im Bereich eGovernment und Digitalisierung laufend weiter. Eine funktionierende IT ist für den effizienten Betrieb der Kantonsverwaltung zentral. Die Abteilung Querschnittsapplikationen treibt die Digitalisierung im Kanton Basel-Stadt massgeblich voran. Als Applikations-Manager/in im Team E-Government Business Solutions gestalten Sie moderne digitale Basis-dienste aktiv mit und sorgen dafür, dass die Basis-Dienste eSignatur, On-line-Terminvereinbarung und Secure File Exchange für die Verwaltung zuverlässig und nutzerfreundlich funktionieren.
