Das Zentrum für Sozial- und Heilpädagogik Landorf Köniz - Schlössli Kehrsatz (ZSHKK) ist eine sozialpädagogische und schulische Dienstleistungsorganisation. Unser Angebot richtet sich an Kinder, Jugendliche, junge Erwachsene und Familien. Im Auftrag des Kantonalen Jugendamtes (KJA) und des Amtes für Kindergarten Volksschule und Beratung (AKVB) übernehmen wir in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern die sozialpädagogische Betreuung und Beschulung von Kindern, Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen mit besonderem Förderbedarf.

Für unser Angebot Wohnen in Ausbildung (WiA) am Standort Weiermatt in Köniz suchen wir eine/einen Sozialpädagogin/Sozialpädagogen 60%. Im WiA leben Jugendliche und junge Erwachsene in Berufsfindung und Ausbildung. In zwei Wohnhäusern werden die jungen Menschen im Alter zwischen 15 und 25 Jahren in einem Stufenmodell betreut, gefördert und begleitet. Oberste Zielsetzungen sind ein erfolgreicher Ausbildungsabschluss, die Befähigung zu einem selbständigen Wohnen und einem selbstbestimmten Leben.

Ihre Aufgaben

|| Individuelle Förderung, Betreuung und Begleitung von Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen unter Berücksichtigung ihrer persönlichen Bedürfnisse und Ressourcen sowie im Rahmen einer strukturierten Alltags- und Beziehungsgestaltung || Bezugspersonenarbeit und kontinuierliche Begleitung der Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen in ihrer persönlichen und sozialen Entwicklung || Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit und Koordination mit Eltern, Schulen, Lehrbetrieben, Behörden und Fachstellen || Übernahme administrativer, organisatorischer und hauswirtschaftlicher Aufgaben im Rahmen des Betreuungsalltags

Ihr Profil

|| Zuverlässige und authentische Persönlichkeit, die mit natürlicher Autorität, Klarheit, Herzlichkeit und Humor überzeugt || Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an einer konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit || Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit, verbunden mit der Fähigkeit, auch in herausfordernden Situationen den Überblick zu behalten || Abgeschlossene sozialpädagogische Ausbildung || Systemische Grundhaltung und ressourcenorientierte Sichtweise im Umgang mit Jugendlichen und jungen Erwachsenen || Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC sowie gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office und SocialWeb || Führerausweis der Kategorie B von Vorteil
