Als IT\-Dienstleistungs\- und Kompetenzzentrum der kantonalen Verwaltung Graubünden unterstützen wir unsere internen Kunden mit einer sicheren Basisinfrastruktur und fortschrittlichen Applikationen. Gemeinsam mit dir bringen wir die digitale Transformation des Kantons Graubünden voran.

Wir als Amt für Informatik suchen dazu per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine/\-n ICT\-Spezialist/\-in Digitaler Arbeitsplatz \& Kollaboration.

Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Du stellst den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung der Kollaborations\- und Automatisierungstools basierend auf der Plattform M365 sicher
  • Du planst und priorisierst Vorhaben zusammen mit den Anspruchsgruppen und begleitest diese über den gesamten Lebenszyklus der Lösung
  • Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Kollaborations\- und Geschäftsprozessen
  • Du arbeitest im 2nd\- und 3rd\-Level\-Support mit
  • Du erstellst und pflegst technische Dokumentationen und Vorgaben

Das wünschen wir uns von dir

  • Eine Aus\- oder Weiterbildung in Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
  • Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Admin Center)
  • Erfahrung im Betrieb und in der Weiterentwicklung von Kollaborations\- und Arbeitsplatzlösungen
  • Vernetztes, analytisches Denken sowie eine strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kenntnisse in mehreren Kantonssprachen von Vorteil
