Das Regionalgericht Landquart ist ein erstinstanzliches Zivil\- und Strafgericht mit Sitz in Landquart.

Wir suchen für das Regionalgericht Landquart per 1\. Februar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Jurist/\-in als Gerichtsschreiber/\-in.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

  • Verfassen von Entscheiden in allen Bereichen des Zivil\- und Strafrechts sowie des Schuldbetreibungsrechts
  • Führen des Protokolls in den Gerichtsverhandlungen und Vornahme von rechtlichen Abklärungen
  • Unterstützung der Verfahrensleitung
  • Teilweise Betreuung von juristischen Praktikanten/\-innen

Das wünschen wir uns von Ihnen

  • abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften (Master oder Lizenziat, vorzugweise mit Anwaltspatent)
  • idealerweise praktische Berufserfahrung bei einem Gericht oder in der Advokatur
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • strukturierte, vorausschauende, selbständige und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • teamfähige und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit
