Die Pensionskasse Graubünden ist die grösste Vorsorgeeinrichtung im Kanton Graubünden. Sie stellt für ihre rund 13'000 Versicherten und Rentenbeziehenden die berufliche Vorsorge sicher und bewirtschaftet ein Anlagevermögen von über drei Milliarden Franken.

Zu unseren Versicherten zählen unter anderem die Mitarbeitenden des Kantons Graubünden, der öffentlich\-rechtlichen Anstalten, von Gemeinden, Schulen und Institutionen aus dem Gesundheits\- und Sozialbereich. Diese Vielfalt macht unsere Arbeit abwechslungsreich und sorgt täglich für spannende und anspruchsvolle Fragestellungen.

Für unser Vorsorgeteam suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte, dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit als Kundenbetreuer/\-in Vorsorge. In diesem sind Sie die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Versicherten, Arbeitgebenden und Rentnerinnen und Rentner. Bei entsprechender Eignung und Interesse bieten wir Ihnen die Möglichkeit, sich zur Fachspezialistin bzw. zum Fachspezialisten weiterzuentwickeln. Dabei übernehmen Sie zusätzliche Fachverantwortung.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

  • Sie verarbeiten selbstständig und professionell die Vorsorgegeschäfte unserer Versicherten (Ein\- und Austritte, Lohn\- und Beschäftigungsgradänderungen, Scheidungen, Wohneigentumsförderung, Einkäufe, Pensionierungen)
  • Sie betreuen engagiert unsere Versicherten, Arbeitgebenden und Rentnerinnen und Rentner in Deutsch und optimalerweise in einer weiteren Amtssprache
  • Sie unterstützen das Vorsorgeteam bei Invaliditäts\- und Todesfällen in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Rückversicherung
  • Sie arbeiten aktiv mit an der Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse und digitalen Kanäle

Das wünschen wir uns von Ihnen

  • kaufmännische Grundbildung
  • Erfahrung in der beruflichen Vorsorge oder im Bereich Sozialversicherungen von Vorteil
  • Hohe Kunden\- und Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Kenntnisse in weiteren Kantonssprachen
  • Selbstständige, exakte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein und Belastbarkeit in Spitzenzeiten
  • Freude an einer offenen und respektvollen Zusammenarbeit in einem kleinen Team
