Das Amt für Justizvollzug (AJV) Graubünden ist eine Dienststelle des Departements für Justiz, Sicherheit und Gesundheit des Kantons Graubünden. Das AJV ist für den Straf\- und Massnahmenvollzug sowie die Durchführung der verschiedenen Haftarten verantwortlich. In Graubünden wird damit der Vollzug von Strafen und Massnahmen als einheitliches Themenfeld und ganzheitliche Aufgabe geregelt, in welchem verschiedene Berufsgattungen interdisziplinär mit straffällig gewordenen Menschen arbeiten, um weitere Delinquenz zu verhindern. Die Justizvollzugsanstalt (JVA) Realta dient dem offenen Strafvollzug von Männern gemäss schweizerischem Strafgesetzbuch. Wir suchen per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Mitarbeiter/\-in Holzplatz

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

  • Betreuung, Anleitung und Führung von eingewiesenen Personen
  • Fach\- und fristgerechte Erledigung aller anfallenden Arbeiten im Einsatzbereich wie Brennholz\- und Holzschnitzelbewirtschaftung sowie Kommunalarbeiten
  • Kundenbetreuung und Lieferdienste
  • Leisten von Wochenend\- und Pikettdienst im Betreuungs\- und Sicherheitsdienst der JVA Realta

Das wünschen wir uns von Ihnen

  • Abgeschlossene Beruflsehre mit EFZ im hölzigen oder handwerklichen Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Teamfähige, belastbare und flexible Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz
  • Motiviert Menschen im Vollzugsalltag nach arbeitsagogischen Grundsätzen anzuleiten und zu betreuen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1\); zusätzliche Kenntnisse von Kantons\- und Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Führerausweis der Kat. B und BE
  • Bereitschaft, die Ausbildung als Fachperson für Justizvollzug zu absolvieren
  • Einen einwandfreien Leumund (keine Einträge im Strafregister und dem Betreibungsregister)
