Dein Umfeld Das Team ICT Service Management der Kantonspolizei Graubünden sorgt als Dienstleisterin für den reibungslosen und sicheren Betrieb von über 600 Arbeitsplätzen und mobilen Geräten. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte Persönlichkeit als ICT Product Owner. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem ICT\-Betriebsteam und dem Amt für Informatik stellst du sicher, dass unsere Mitarbeitenden den bestmöglichen IT\-Service erhalten.

Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • Erfassung, Priorisierung und Umsetzung von Anforderungen und Bedürfnissen gemeinsam mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des IT\-Servicemanagements und der Supportprozesse
  • Koordination und Begleitung von Releases und Changes
  • Identifikation von Problemen und Risiken sowie Erarbeitung geeigneter Lösungsansätze
  • Leitung von Projekten zur Verbesserung der User Experience und Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Mitarbeit im Lizenzmanagement
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei der Bearbeitung von Incidents

Das wünschen wir uns von dir

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Informatik EFZ, idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung in Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik auf Stufe HF/FH
  • Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung und vertieftes Fachwissen im IT\-Bereich
  • Erfahrung als Product Owner oder Business Analyst, idealerweise im Servicemanagement und Support
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Koordinationsfähigkeit sowie eine selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gutes Verständnis für User Experience, Servicequalität und Informationssicherheit
  • Die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Zusammenhänge verständlich und adressatengerecht zu vermitteln.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse; Kenntnisse in weiteren Kantonssprachen von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zu periodischem Pikettdienst (4\-6 Wochen pro Jahr)
