Die Koordinationsstelle Häusliche Gewalt vernetzt im Kanton alle Stellen, die sich mit der Verhütung und Bekämpfung von häuslicher und geschlechtsspezifischer Gewalt befassen, darunter Polizei, Justiz, Gesundheitswesen, Opferhilfe und weitere Beratungsstellen. Sie koordiniert die Umsetzung der Istanbul\-Konvention sowie der nationalen und kantonalen Strategien, entwickelt Konzepte für den Umgang mit häuslicher Gewalt und fördert Wissenstransfer, Prävention und Früherkennung. Während der rund viermonatigen Abwesenheit der Stelleninhaberin sowie für weitere acht Monate suchen wir eine engagierte Person, die die laufende Koordination sicherstellt und eigene Projekte verantwortet.

Wir suchen für das Amt für Soziales per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung eine Stellvertretung Koordinator/\-in Häusliche Gewalt. Die Stelle ist bis 31\. Dezember 2027 befristet.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich

  • Sicherstellung der Koordination zwischen den beteiligten Stellen sowie Funktion als Ansprechperson für interne und externe Stellen und Organisationen während der Abwesenheit der Stelleninhaberin.
  • Verantwortung für die Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Aktionstage gegen häusliche Gewalt 2027 sowie für die Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Sensibilisierungsarbeiten.
  • Mitarbeit am Aufbau der kantonalen Datensammlung im Bereich der häuslichen und geschlechtsspezifischen Gewalt.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit der Stelleninhaberin an unterschiedlichen Projekten und Arbeiten im Bereich vor und nach ihrer Abwesenheit.

Das wünschen wir uns von Ihnen

  • Hochschulabschluss in Sozial\- oder Rechtswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten
  • Erfahrung im Themenfeld häusliche Gewalt, Gesetzgebung, Datensammlung, Opferhilfe, Prävention oder in der öffentlichen Verwaltung von Vorteil
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gutes sprachliches Ausdrucksvermögen
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kenntnisse in mehreren Kantonssprachen von Vorteil
