Das Migrationsamt sucht für das Asylzentrum mit Integrationscharakter Bergruh in Amden per 1\. Januar 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine

Fachperson Gesundheit =====================

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die medizinische Betreuung der Bewohnenden
  • Du berätst und unterstützt die Bewohnenden in Gesundheitsfragen
  • Du organisierst und koordinierst Termine bei Ärzten, Spezialisten und weiteren Fachstellen
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass die Bewohnenden krankenversichert sind
  • Die Pflege und der Kontakt mit externen Ansprechpartner des Gesundheitsbereichs gehören zu deinen Aufgaben
  • Du bewirtschaftest die Hausapotheke und unterstützt bei gesundheitlichen Präventivmassnahmen
  • Du bist die interne Ansprechperson für medizinische Fragestellungen im Zentrum
  • Du bringst eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegfachperson HF mit oder bist Fachmann/\-frau Gesundheit (FaGe) mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung
  • Du zeichnest dich durch eine klare Kommunikationsweise aus und bist offen im Umgang mit Menschen aus verschiedenen Kulturen
  • Du kannst Prioritäten setzen, kurzfristige Änderungen bewältigen und behältst dabei einen kühlen
  • Gute MS\-Office Anwenderkenntnisse Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
