Aufgrund einer anstehenden Pensionierung suchen wir dich per 1\\. März 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung als Leiter/in IT Finanzen und Logistik (m/w/d) \* Du führst die Abteilung IT Finanzen und Logistik personell sowie organisatorisch und entwickelst ein motiviertes Team von SAP\\-Spezialistinnen und SAP\\-Spezialisten weiter. \* Du verantwortest den Betrieb, die Betreuung und die strategische Weiterentwicklung der kantonalen SAP\\-Systemlandschaft in den Bereichen Finanzen und Logistik. Aktuell planen wir den Neuaufbau unseres SAP Finanzsystems. \* Du übernimmst die Gesamtverantwortung für die eingesetzten SAP\\-Lösungen, insbesondere SAP S/4HANA, SAP Integration Suite, SAP Fiori und SAP Analytics Cloud. \* Du steuerst externe Dienstleister und koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie weiteren kantonalen Organisationseinheiten. \* Du trägst Verantwortung für die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Transformationen und Innovationen. \* Du prägst die kantonale ERP\\-Strategie, entwickelst die SAP\\-Zielarchitektur weiter und bereitest strategische Entscheidungen für Führungsgremien vor. \* Du stellst die Einhaltung von Compliance\\-, Revisions\\- und Sicherheitsanforderungen sicher und verantwortest die wirtschaftliche Steuerung der SAP\\-Systemlandschaft. \* Du verfügst über einen Masterabschluss in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Betriebswirtschaft sowie über funktionsspezifische Weiterbildungen im SAP\\-Umfeld. \* Du bringst mehrjährige Führungs\\- und Berufserfahrung im SAP FI/CO\\-Umfeld auf SAP S/4HANA mit. \* Du hast Erfahrung mit SAP\\-Logistikmodulen sowie mit SAP Cloud\\-Lösungen, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Analytics Cloud und SAP Fiori. \* Du verfügst über eine ausgewiesene Erfolgsbilanz in der Leitung komplexer SAP\\- oder ERP\\-Projekte. \* Du bringst Erfahrung in Strategiearbeit sowie im Umgang mit Steuerungs\\- und Entscheidungsgremien mit. \* Du überzeugst durch ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und einen adressatengerechten Umgang mit unterschiedlichsten Stakeholdern. \* Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbständig und lösungsorientiert und zeichnest dich durch Teamfähigkeit sowie ein sicheres Auftreten aus. \* Eine verantwortungsvolle Führungsfunktion mit grossem Gestaltungsspielraum \* Die Möglichkeit, die zukünftige ERP\\- und SAP\\-Landschaft des Kantons massgeblich mitzugestalten \* Flexible Arbeitszeiten und fortschrittliche Arbeitsbedingungen \* Attraktive Weiterbildungs\\- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten \* Ein motiviertes Team sowie moderne Technologien in einem anspruchsvollen und dynamischen Umfeld \* Attraktiver Arbeitsplatz im Zentrum der Stadt \[Amt für Finanzdienstleistungen \\\|\](\< \>) Stefan Schneider, Leiter Amt für Finanzdienstleistungen, \[ \](\< \>) j4id10466627jm j4it1145jm j4iy26jm
