Wir suchen zur Ergänzung unseres Teams für die Bearbeitung der Aufgaben im Themengebiet des Hochbauamtes per 1\. Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine

Sachbearbeitung Rechnungswesen (m/w/d) ======================================

  • Bearbeiten der buchhalterischen Aufgaben während des Rechnungsjahres
  • Verdichten und Aufbereiten finanzieller Kennzahlen für das unterjährige Reporting und den Jahresabschluss
  • Operative Mitarbeit bei Budgetierung, Finanzplanung und Rechnungsabschluss
  • Konzeptionelle Mitarbeit in Prozessoptimierungen und SAP\-Erweiterungen
  • Führung und Kontrolle aller Debitoren und Kreditoren
  • Mitarbeit in Standardisierungs\- und Digitalisierungsprojekten im Rechnungswesen
  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung und Weiterbildung im Rechnungswesen
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Debitoren, Kreditoren und Hauptbuch sowie idealerweise im Bau\- und Immobilienwesen und in Bau\- und Projektrechnungen
  • Gute Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in SAP sowie in MS Excel
  • Interesse und Erfahrung bei der Mitarbeit in SAP\-Erweiterungen und in Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • Ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Sicherheit im Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
