Sie sind sprachgewandt, haben Freude an der selbständigen Entscheidredaktion und wollen die Rechtsprechung der zweiten Instanz mitgestalten? Dann sind Sie der/die neue Gerichtsschreiber/in der I. Zivilkammer des Obergerichts.

Die I. Zivilkammer behandelt Rechtsmittel in familienrechtlichen (Eherecht, Personen- und Familienstandssachen, Kinderbelange) und arbeitsrechtlichen Verfahren, Beschwerden gegen Rechtsöffnungsentscheide sowie Rechtsmittel in anderen Zivilverfahren der Bezirksgerichte.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir per 1. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung, einstweilen befristet für ein Jahr eine engagierte und motivierte Persönlichkeit als

Ihr Aufgabenbereich ###

Ihnen obliegt die selbständige Bearbeitung in Beschwerde- sowie in Berufungsverfahren. Dabei verfügen Sie über vollständige Aktenkenntnis, analysieren die sich stellenden Rechtsfragen, erstellen die Entscheidentwürfe zuhanden der an den Entscheiden mitwirkenden Richterinnen und Richter (Antragstellung), nehmen die Endredaktion vor und haben die Möglichkeit, selbständig Vergleichsverhandlungen durchzuführen. Ferner werden Sie als Protokollführer/in in den Verhandlungen (Berufungsverhandlungen, Vergleichsverhandlungen, Kinderanhörungen etc.) eingesetzt.

Ihr Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium.
  • Anwaltspatent von Vorteil.
  • Berufserfahrung in der Justiz oder Anwaltschaft.
  • Sehr gute Referenzen in Bezug auf Ihre juristischen Kenntnisse - vorzugsweise im Familienrecht - und sprachlichen Fähigkeiten.
  • Sie arbeiten selbständig und genau, sind effizient und bleiben trotz Pendenzenhügel ruhig.
