Fürs Leben gut - so lautet unser Motto. Das Amt für Jugend und Berufsberatung (AJB) ist für die Kinder- und Jugendhilfe sowie die Berufsberatung verantwortlich. Im Zentrum unserer Arbeit stehen Kinder, Jugendliche und Familien. Für sie setzen wir uns täglich mit viel Herzblut und Engagement ein.

Für die Schule Fällanden suchen wir befristet vom 1. März 2027 bis 31. Juli 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung mit Option auf Festanstellung eine/n Schulsozialarbeiter/in (70%). Sie beraten und begleiten Schülerinnen und Schüler, Eltern und Lehrpersonen in erzieherischen und sozialen Belangen. Bei Krisen und Konflikten führen Sie Interventionen in Klassen durch. Im Weiteren leisten Sie Präventions- und Projektarbeit. Sie arbeiten mit der Schulleitung, den Schulteams und mit Fachstellen zusammen.

Sie bringen mit: ###

  • ein Diplom einer Fachhochschule in Sozialarbeit oder Sozialpädagogik
  • Berufserfahrung in Schulsozialarbeit oder das CAS Schulsozialarbeit mit Beratungserfahrung an der Schnittstelle Jugendhilfe und Schule
  • Kompetenzen in den Bereichen Beratung, Prävention und Intervention
  • eine eigenständige und interdisziplinäre Arbeitsweise
  • hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen im schulischen Umfeld
