Die Technische Berufsschule Zürich TBZ ist Kompetenzzentrum für die Grund- und Weiterbildung in den Bereichen Automobiltechnik, Informationstechnik, Elektro/Elektronik, Veranstaltungstechnik und Augenoptik. Über 3600 Lernende werden von rund 200 Lehrpersonen unterrichtet.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Verwaltungsteams in der Abteilung Elektro/Elektronik suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte und engagierte Persönlichkeit.

Ihre Aufgaben ###

  • Selbstständige Führung des Sekretariats in der Grundbildung im Zweierteam
  • Ansprechperson für Lernende, Lehrbetriebe, Lehrpersonen, Mittelschul- und Berufsbildungsamt sowie Koordination zwischen den verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen (Drehscheibenfunktion)
  • Erledigen aller anfallenden administrativen Arbeiten im Sekretariat, Korrespondenz per Mail, Telefon und am Schalter
  • Unterstützung der Abteilungsleitung
  • IT-Affinität erwünscht (Power-User-Funktion, Implementierung von neuen Schulsoftwareprogrammen, Support intern)
  • Regelmässige Präsenz vor Ort während des Schulbetriebs (kein Homeoffice); bevorzugte Arbeitstage sind Montag, Dienstag, Mittwoch und Freitag

Ihr Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung EFZ
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil, idealerweise in einem Schulsekretariat
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365
  • Offenheit gegenüber neuer Schulsoftware
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Organisationstalent sowie hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
  • Freude am Arbeiten in einem dynamischen Schulumfeld und am Kontakt mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen
