Die Staatskanzlei berät und unterstützt den Regierungsrat und das Präsidium bei der Wahrnehmung der Regierungsaufgaben. Sie agiert als Schnittstelle zwischen den Direktionen und erbringt als Stabsstelle Leistungen, die ein reibungsloses Funktionieren des Regierungsrates als Kollegialbehörde gewährleisten. Der Stab der Staatskanzlei vereinigt wichtige interne Dienstleistungen wie Personalwesen, Finanzen oder Informatik.

Zur Verstärkung unseres IKT-Teams suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit als Wirtschaftsinformatiker/in, 80-100%.

Deine Aufgaben ###

  • Analyse und Management von bestehenden Geschäftsprozessen, Modellierung von neuen bzw. optimierten Prozessen und Erhebung der diesbezüglichen Anforderungen.
  • Mitarbeit bei Weiterentwicklungen im IKT-Umfeld in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen.
  • Erstellung von Konzepten und Umsetzung im Rahmen von Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stellen oder externen Leistungserbringern.
  • Leitung und Umsetzung von Projekten bei der Erneuerung bestehender Services und Fachapplikationen.
  • Verantwortung für den technischen Betrieb und die Aktualisierung von Fachapplikationen.
  • Unterstützung und Übernahme von Aufgaben in der Gewährung und Sicherstellung interner Supportleistungen.
  • Übernahme von Stellvertretungen und Aufgaben in kantonalen Fachgremien und Projekten.

Dein Profil ###

  • Höherer Abschluss auf Tertiärstufe in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement.
  • Analytische Fähigkeiten und Freude an einem Umfeld, in welchem ein hoher Grad an Professionalität und Selbstständigkeit gefragt ist.
  • Fähigkeit, fachliche Problemstellungen und ihre Auswirkungen ganzheitlich zu verstehen.
  • Umsetzungsstarke, strukturierte und kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit IT-Flair.
  • Fachlich versierte und flexible Persönlichkeit mit breitem Interessens- und Einsatzgebiet sowie Freude an vielfältigen Aufgaben und Themen.
  • Erfahrung in Businessanalyse oder Prozessmanagement.
  • Weiterbildungen in den Bereichen Businessanalyse, Prozessmanagement und/oder Projektmanagement, vorzugsweise nach der Methode Hermes sind erwünscht.
  • Einige Jahre Erfahrung im öffentlichen Bereich sind von Vorteil.
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse.
