VORAUSSCHAUEND UND VERNETZT DENKEND

Das Mittelschul- und Berufsbildungsamt (MBA) gestaltet die Sekundarstufe II im Kanton Zürich mit. Im Bereich Finanzen und Personal Schulen unterstützen wir die kantonalen Mittel- und Berufsfachschulen in finanziellen und personellen Belangen. Dabei setzen wir auf Vertrauen, Eigenverantwortung, offene Kommunikation und Zusammenarbeit.

Für die Weiterentwicklung unserer Personalarbeit suchen wir ab Januar 2027 Verstärkung. Die Stelle ist auf vier Jahre befristet und bietet viel Raum zum Mitdenken und Mitgestalten.

Das bewegst du ###

Schwerpunktmässig setzt du im Projekt Governance Sek II die personalrechtlichen Änderungen der neuen Schulführung um. Dazu gehören unbefristete Anstellungen statt Amtsdauer für Schulleitungen, Jobsharing und die Abgrenzung der personellen Zuständigkeiten zwischen Schulkommission, Schulleitung und Bildungsdirektion. Du begleitest die Umsetzung in der Praxis und entwickelst die nötigen Prozesse und Vorlagen. Zudem bearbeitest du Themen wie Entlastungen, Weiterbildungen oder Beurteilungen und erarbeitest praxistaugliche Lösungen für unsere Schulen.

Das bringst du mit ###

Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss, idealerweise in Rechts-, Staats- oder Politikwissenschaften, und bringst Erfahrung im öffentlichen Umfeld oder gute Kenntnisse des öffentlichen Personalrechts mit. Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, bist entscheidungsfreudig und besitzt Durchsetzungsvermögen. Du denkst analytisch, schreibst klar und verständlich und hast Freude daran, komplexe Themen zu strukturieren und weiterzuentwickeln. Erfahrung in Projektmanagement insbesondere nach HERMES ist ein Plus.

Du arbeitest organisiert, selbstständig, bringst eigene Ideen ein. Du kommunizierst offen und unkompliziert und trägst zu einer guten Zusammenarbeit bei.

Das erwartet dich ###

Eine Aufgabe mit gesellschaftlicher Relevanz, mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum und Eigenverantwortung, flexible Arbeitsformen mit Homeoffice sowie eine offene Amtskultur.
