**Ihre Verantwortung**

* Die vierköpfige Schulleitung führt die Schule als Team und arbeitet in Ressorts nach dem Delegationsprinzip. Als Konrektorin / Konrektor FMS arbeiten Sie bei übergreifenden Themen mit in der Gesamtleitung der Schule. * Sie sind in erster Linie für die Fachmittelschule und Fachmaturitätsschule (FMS) verantwortlich. Ihr Aufgabenfeld umfasst folgende Gebiete: Leitung der FMS, Vertretung der FMS gegenüber Behörden und Öffentlichkeit, Leitung der Abschlussprüfungen FMS und Fachmaturitäten, Beratung und Information von Schülerinnen und Schülern der FMS, Organisation der spezifischen Unterrichtsgefässe der FMS, Führen von Mitarbeitendengesprächen sowie Unterrichtsbesuche bei den zu betreuenden Lehrpersonen.

**Ihr Hintergrund**

* Sie verfügen über Erfahrungen im Bereich der Schulorganisation und Schulentwicklung und vorzugsweise in Personalführung. * Sie kommunizieren klar und wertschätzend und begegnen Menschen offen und empathisch. * Sie übernehmen gerne Verantwortung, treffen Entscheidungen und setzen diese um. * Sie sind teamfähig, kooperativ und lösungsorientiert. * Sie verfügen über eine pädagogische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Unterrichtserfahrung auf der Sekundarstufe II. * Sie sind mit den aktuellen Entwicklungen im Bereich der Bildung vertraut, kennen die FMS und haben Ideen bzgl. einer zukunftsfähigen Schule. * Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Schulleitungsausbildung oder sind bereit, diese zu absolvieren.
