Was sind deine Aufgaben?

  • Du unterstützt das Team der Abteilung Kulturförderung und die Prozesse in den Kommissionen administrativ und organisatorisch.
  • Du bearbeitest administrativ Gesuche in allen Bereichen der Kulturförderung.
  • Du bist nachweislich stark an Kultur interessiert, arbeitest strukturiert und magst den Mix aus Organisation, Administration, Beratung und Teamarbeit.
  • Du berätst Antragstellende, gibst Auskunft, vernetzt und sorgst für die Erreichbarkeit und Zugänglichkeit der Kulturförderung.
  • Du unterstützt und sicherst Prozesse zur Weiterentwicklung der Strategie sowie der Fördermodelle in den einzelnen Sparten.
  • Du übernimmst Sekretariatsaufgaben wie etwa: Telefondienst, Kreditorenworkflow, Pflege der Webseiten und weitere administrative Aufgaben.
  • Du organisiert Teamtage und Workshops und bist die gute Seele der Abteilung.

Was bringst du mit?

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Gesuchen oder Anträgen.
  • Du bringst sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit.
  • Du verfügst über hervorragende IT\-Kenntnisse
  • Telefonieren und persönliche Beratung machen dir Spass.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und strukturiert.
  • Du hast Interesse an Kultur und Lust, die vielen kulturellen Institutionen und engagierten Menschen im Kanton Basel\-Landschaft und in der Region Basel kennenzulernen und zu vernetzen.

Die Abteilung Kulturförderung der Bildungs\-, Kultur\- und Sportdirektion des Kantons Basel\-Landschaft unterstützt das professionelle Kunst\- und Kulturschaffen in der Region Basel.
