Ihre Verantwortung

  • Sie klären den erhöhten Betreuungsbedarf von Kindern mit Behinderung oder Entwicklungsverzögerung in der Kinderbetreuung ab.
  • Sie arbeiten mit internen und externen Fachstellen und den Einrichtungen der Kinderbetreuung zusammen.
  • Sie informieren und beraten Eltern und Fachpersonen zur Bedarfsabklärung und zur Inklusion in die Kinderbetreuung.
  • Sie entwickeln die Instrumente und Prozesse der Bedarfsabklärung in der Kinderbetreuung weiter.

Ihr Hintergrund

  • Sie verfügen über einen Masterabschluss in Heilpädagogik, Psychologie (Schwerpunkt und Jugend oder Entwicklungspsychologie) oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Sie bringen Fachkenntnisse im Bereich der Kinder mit erhöhtem Bedarf und/oder der Kinderbetreuung mit.
  • Sie verfügen über analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und können komplexe Bedarfssituationen strukturiert beurteilen sowie geeignete Abklärungsinstrumente entwickeln und weiterentwickeln.
  • Sie kommunizieren mündlich und schriftlich versiert.
  • Sie arbeiten selbständig, lösungsorientiert und zuverlässig und übernehmen gerne Verantwortung.
  • Sie schätzen die Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachstellen und bringen dabei Initiative und diplomatisches Geschick mit.
