Wir unterstützen und beaufsichtigen die Mittelschulen, die Berufsfachschulen, die Anbieter von Berufsvorbereitungsjahren und die Lehrbetriebe. Wir suchen per 1\\. März 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung zur Verstärkung für unser Team eine offene, engagierte und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit: \\eine/n Beauftragte/n Berufsfachschulen (80%)\\. Die Stelle ist bis 31\\. August 2030 \\befristet\\. Ihr Aufgabengebiet Als Beauftragte/r Berufsfachschulen sind Sie die direkte Ansprechperson für die Schulleitung, insbesondere für die Rektorinnen und Rektoren und vermitteln für diese Unterstützung in organisationalen, personellen, rechtlichen und finanziellen Fragen und bearbeiten die Anliegen der Schulen. Sie prüfen Anfragen für Anschaffungen, führen Gespräche und Verhandlungen mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen und koordinieren deren Zusammenarbeit. Sie wirken mit bei unterschiedlichen Projekten mit und unterstützen andere Schulbeauftragte im Team Ihr Profil Sie verfügen über einen Bachelor\\- oder Masterabschluss, eine höhere Berufsbildung oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung. Dank Ihrer Lebenserfahrung und fundierten Menschenkenntnis treten Sie in Verhandlungen sicher auf und bewegen sich souverän im Schweizer Bildungswesen sowie in komplexen Strukturen. Sie bringen Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit mit und zeichnen sich durch Initiative, Teamfähigkeit und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus. Ihre ausgeprägten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten, mündlich wie schriftlich, setzen Sie adressatengerecht und mit gutem Gespür fürs Gegenüber ein.
