Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams Business Services IT suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die unsere ServiceNow\-Plattform mit Schwerpunkt Customer Service Management (CSM) weiterentwickelt. Gemeinsam treiben wir die Digitalisierung und Automatisierung kantonsweiter Prozesse voran.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Leitung oder Teilprojektleitung von anspruchsvollen ServiceNow\-Projekten sowie Mitarbeit in zentralen Rollen bei strategischen Vorhaben
  • Analyse, Aufnahme und Abstimmung von Anforderungen mit Fachbereichen, Stakeholdern und externen Implementierungspartnern
  • Weiterentwicklung der ServiceNow\-Plattform und ihrer Module mit Fokus auf CSM\-Prozesse und \-Funktionalitäten
  • Beratung und Unterstützung interner Kunden in fachlichen, prozessualen und technischen Fragestellungen
  • Verantwortung für die fachliche und technische Ausgestaltung von Lösungen sowie Steuerung der Umsetzung durch externe Partner
  • Mitarbeit beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung von Betrieb, Support und Governance der ServiceNow\-Plattform
  • Mitwirkung bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von ITSM, ITOM, SAM, CSDM, KI\-Funktionalitäten und weiteren innovativen ServiceNow\-Initiativen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/HF) in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Konfiguration von ServiceNow CSM sowie Erfahrung in der Integration von CSM und ITSM
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Projektleiter/in, Business Analyst, Solution Designer oder Consultant
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse, Gestaltung und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis moderner IT\-Technologien, insbesondere im Bereich Identity \& Access Management, Cloud\-Plattformen (Azure) sowie Schnittstellen und Integrationen
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Providern und Implementierungspartnern
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Workshops
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative sowie ein gesundes Durchsetzungsvermögen

Das Amt für Informatik (AFI) ist das Informatik\-Kompetenzzentrum des Kantons Zürich. Es erbringt umfassende Dienstleistungen im Bereich der zentralen Informatikinfrastruktur und kantonsweiter Applikationen für die Direktionen, Behörden, Rechtspflege und selbständige Anstalten. Beauftragt mit der Umsetzung der neuen Strategie Informations\- und Kommunikationstechnologie (IKT) begleitet und unterstützt das Amt für Informatik den Kanton Zürich in die digitale Welt.

In der Finanzdirektion arbeiten rund 1200 Menschen an vier Standorten in Zürich. Wir betreuen die Dossiers Finanzen, Steuern, Personal, Beschaffung und Informatik.
