Die Staatskanzlei agiert als Schnittstelle zwischen den Direktionen und erbringt als Stabsstelle Leistungen, die ein reibungsloses Funktionieren des Regierungsrates als Kollegialbehörde gewährleistet.

Der Stab der Staatskanzlei vereinigt wichtige interne Dienstleistungen und verantwortet u.a. den Weibeldienst für Regierung und Parlament. Die Weibelinnen und leisten für den Regierungsrat, den Kantonsrat sowie weitere Parlamente im Kanton Zürich während deren Sitzungen Saaldienst, führen Botengänge oder Materialtransporte aus und kümmern sich um Infrastrukturanliegen. Sie wirken in der Betreuung von Anlässen mit. Die hauptsächlichen Arbeitsorte sind das Rathaus am Limmatquai, das Rathausprovisorium in Zürich Hard sowie das zum Rechberg.

Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Kollegin oder einen Kollegen als neues Teammitglied im Weibeldienst (80\-100%).

Deine Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufes der Ratssitzungen (Regierungsrat, Kantonsrat, Gemeinderat sowie Kirchenparlamente) sowie weiterer Versammlungen
  • Betreuungsaufgaben bei Kommissionssitzungen
  • Vorbereitung und Betreuung von Anlässen und Empfängen an den drei Standorten in Zusammenarbeit mit der Veranstaltungsabteilung der Staatskanzlei oder den Parlamentsdiensten des Kantonsrates
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Objektverantwortlichen seitens Immobilienamt und/oder anderen externen Parteien bei Themen des Gebäudeunterhalts an den drei Standorten
  • Mithilfe bei organisatorischen Aufgaben gemäss Abstimmung

Dein Profil

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung (Stufe EFZ)
  • mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in ähnlichen Tätigkeiten, vorzugsweise aus der Hotellerie oder Gastronomie
  • dienstleistungsorientierte, erfahrene und integre Persönlichkeit mit Auftritts\- und Sozialkompetenz, hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein und dem nötigen Gespür für unterschiedliche Personenkreise und ihre Ansprüche
  • rasche Auffassungsgabe und selbständige, vertrauenswürdige Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit sowie die Bereitschaft auch an Abenden und/oder Wochenenden Einsätze zu leisten
  • Entwicklungs\- und Lernbereitschaft
  • Freude an einem Arbeitsumfeld, in dem Flexibilität, Teamgeist und Dienstleistungssinn gefragt sind – Unerwartetes bringt dich nicht aus der Ruhe
  • Gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere in Office 365, sowie Anwenderkenntnisse im Bereich audiovisueller Medien und technische Affinität
  • Führerschein Kat. B erwünscht
