In dieser vielseitigen Funktion beraten Sie unsere Kundinnen und Kunden, begleiten Offert\- und Vertragsprozesse und gestalten moderne Kundenprozesse aktiv mit.

Kundenberater/\-in Fachgebiet Wärme ====================================

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

* Als erste Anlaufstelle im Kundendienst bearbeiten Sie Kundenanfragen aller selbstständig.

* Die Energieverrechnung an unsere Kundinnen und Kunden wickeln Sie selbstständig ab.

* Im Kundenverrechnungssystem und in Excel erstellen Sie Statistiken und Auswertungen.

* Sie bewirtschaften Verträge mit Produzenten erneuerbarer Energien im Kundeninformations\- und Verrechnungssystem.

* Auf Basis der technischen Vorgaben der Projektleitenden erstellen Sie Offerten und Wärmeverträge.

* Den gesamten Offert\- und Vertragsprozess steuern Sie vom Versand über das Einholen von Unterschriften und Vertragsbeilagen bis zur Ablage, Dokumentation und Statuspflege.

Ihr Profil

* Ihre Grundlage ist eine technische Berufsausbildung EFZ mit kaufmännischer Weiterbildung oder eine kaufmännische Berufsausbildung EFZ.

* Ein technisches Grundverständnis bringen Sie mit.

* Sie denken in Prozessen und arbeiten gerne abteilungsübergreifend zusammen.

* Der Umgang mit IT\-Tools liegt Ihnen, und Sie interessieren sich für Digitalisierung.

* Vernetztes Denken, selbstständiges und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten sowie ein aktiver Beitrag zum Team zeichnen Sie aus.
