Leiter / Leiterin Human Resources =================================

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie führen die Abteilung Human Resources fachlich, organisatorisch und personell und stellen eine dienstleistungsorientierte, fachlich fundierte und verlässliche Unterstützung sicher.
  • Als Sparringspartnerin bzw. Sparringspartner beraten Sie den Kommandanten, die Geschäftsleitung und die Führungskräfte in allen personalrelevanten Fragestellungen, wie Personalplanung, Personalgewinnung, Personalentwicklung und Personalführung.
  • Sie entwickeln HR\-Prozesse, Instrumente und Standards weiter und sorgen für eine professionelle, kundenorientierte Personalarbeit.
  • Sie vertreten die Kantonspolizei gegenüber internen Partnern und tragen zur Positionierung als attraktive Arbeitgeberin bei.

Ihr Profil

  • Hochschul\- oder Fachhochschulabschluss mit Schwerpunkt Human Resources oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Aus\- und Weiterbildungen in Public Management, Betriebswirtschaft oder verwandten Disziplinen sind von Vorteil.
  • Mehrjährige HR\-, Führungs\- und Projektleitungserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der öffentlichen Verwaltung oder einer sicherheitsnahen Organisation.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse moderner HR\-Prozesse sowie des Schweizer Arbeits\- und öffentlichen Personalrechts.
  • Souveräne Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Beratungs\- und Kommunikationskompetenz.
  • Strategische Denkweise, Umsetzungsstärke, Integrität und Freude daran, Veränderungen aktiv mitzugestalten.
