Die Polizeikorps der Schweiz und die mit Polizeiaufgaben betrauten Bundesstellen haben eine öffentlich\-rechtliche Körperschaft «Polizeitechnik und \-informatik (PTI) Schweiz» gegründet, um IT\-Lösungen und technische Produkte gemeinsam zu beschaffen sowie bestehende Lösungen schrittweise zu harmonisieren. Zur Verstärkung unserer Geschäftsstelle PTI (14 Personen), welche personalrechtlich der Kantonspolizei Zürich angegliedert ist, suchen wir eine fachlich ausgewiesene Persönlichkeit, welche aufgrund Ihrer Polizei\- und Führungserfahrung für die folgende, neu geschaffene Aufgabe geeignet ist:

Teamleiter/\-in in der Geschäftsstelle PTI 80\-100% ====================================================

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

  • Aufbau und Führung eines neuen Teams, welches zukünftig innerhalb der Geschäftsstelle PTI schwergewichtig das Management von einsatz\- und geschäftskritischen, zentralisierten Anwendungen und Produkten wahrnimmt. Das Produktmanagement umfasst dabei v.a. das Release\- und Lifecycle\-Management und die organisatorische, fachliche und finanzielle Steuerung der Lösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den entsprechenden PTI\-Gremien. Eine wesentliche Aufgabe ist auch die Überwachung von extern erbrachten Betriebsleistungen (Performance, Verfügbarkeit, Sicherheit).
  • Koordination von externen Projektleitenden\- und Mitarbeitenden, welche in Ergänzung zu den internen Ressourcen bei der Erfüllung der anspruchsvollen Aufgaben unterstützen.
  • Sicherstellen der rechtlichen und vertraglichen Grundlagen, der PTI\-Vorgehensmethodik sowie der Budget\- und Architekturvorgaben in den einzelnen Projekten und Produkten.
  • Leitung und Koordination heterogener, mehrsprachiger und interdisziplinärer Betriebs\- und Projektgremien. Verantwortung für die schweizweite Produktkommunikation und das Produktmarketing.
  • Bei Eignung besteht die Chance, Teil der Nachfolgelösung der bestehenden PTI\-Führung zu werden, welche in 4\-5 Jahren aufgrund von Pensionierungen ansteht.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni, ETH, FH) technischer Richtung mit betriebswirtschaftlicher Weiterbildung (oder umgekehrt)
  • Langjährige Polizei\- und Führungserfahrung im Logistik\-, IT\- bzw. Technikumfeld
  • Gute Methodenkompetenz im IT\-Betriebs\- und Projektmanagement (ITIL, , Scrum) sowie idealerweise im Bereich des Servicemanagements und der Business Analyse
  • Resiliente Persönlichkeit, gewohnt an Termindruck mit einer gewissen Reisebereitschaft (Unterstützung aller Schweizer Polizei\-Korps)
  • Verhandlungsstarke, initiative und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten, welche sich auch in einem komplexen Umfeld systematisch und zielorientiert zu strukturieren weiss
  • Muttersprache Deutsch oder ösisch sowie gute Kenntnisse der jeweils anderen Sprache in Wort und Schrift (mindestens B2\)
  • Einwandfreier Leumund
