Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie betreuen ambulante und kurzstationäre Patientinnen und Patienten des Interventionszentrums von Montag bis und sind bereit, auch halbe Dienste zu leisten.
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Interventionszentrum arbeiten Sie hauptsächlich mit den Disziplinen Kardiologie, Angiologie, interventionelle Radiologie sowie Neuroradiologie zusammen.
  • Sie gewährleisten die pflegerische Vorbereitung der Patientinnen und Patienten auf Interventionen oder diagnostische Untersuchungen und übernehmen die fachgerechte Überwachung nach dem Eingriff.
  • Ihre hohe Fach\-, Methoden\- und Sozialkompetenz bringen Sie in eine patientenorientierte und professionelle Pflege ein.
  • Als Tagesbezugsperson begleiten Sie unsere MPA\-Lernenden und fördern deren Lernerfolg.
  • Sie wirken aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen im Rahmen des bevorstehenden Spitalneubaus mit.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachfrau / zum Pflegefachmann HF, DN II oder AKP und bringen mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Akutspital innerhalb der letzten fünf Jahre mit.
  • Sie sind eine motivierte Persönlichkeit und selbstständiges Arbeiten gewohnt.
  • Sie schätzen die enge interdisziplinäre und interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit, sind teamfähig und belastbar und behalten auch in komplexen, sich schnell verändernden Situationen den Überblick.
  • Sie verfügen über pädagogisches Geschick und haben Freude an der Begleitung junger Menschen.
  • Ein verantwortungsbewusstes, geduldiges und empathisches Handeln ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
