Das KSA ist das Kompetenzzentrum für die medizinische Grund\- und Spitzenversorgung der Bevölkerung im Kanton Aargau und für die umliegenden Kantone. Das KSA ist ein der Maximalversorgung und für die Innere Medizin mit 180 Betten zweite Universitätsklinik der Universität Basel. Die Klinik Angiologie ist Weiterbildungsstätte der Kategorie A.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Medizinische Verantwortung: Selbständige Führung der angiologischen Sprechstunde und Betreuung unserer stationären Patienten mit dem gesamten Spektrum arterieller und venöser Gefässerkrankungen. Bei Interesse Möglichkeit bei der Mitwirkung minimalinvasiver Varizeneingriffen und ggf. im Verlauf auch eigenständige Durchführung.
  • Führungsaufgaben: Fachliche und disziplinarische Unterstützung sowie Motivation der Assistenzärzte. Sie sind eine wichtige Bezugsperson für die Weiterbildung und Unterstützung des Teams.
  • Weiterbildung: Engagierte Mitarbeit in der Weiterbildung unserer Assistenzärzte (Sie verfügen idealerweise über den FA Angiologie oder befinden sich in fortgeschrittener Weiterbildung zum FA Angiologie).
  • Entwicklung: Aktive Mitgestaltung des Qualitätsmanagements, Aufbau von klinikinternen Behandlungsstandards. Möglichkeit zur phlebologischen Ausbildung.
  • Interdisziplinarität: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen der Gefässchirurgie, Radiologie, Neurologie und Diabetologie im Rahmen des zertifizierten Gefässzentrums.

Ihr Profil

  • Facharzt\-Titel: Sie sind Facharzt / Fachärztin für Angiologie (oder befinden sich in fortgeschrittener Weiterbildung zum FA Angiologie (FMH)) oder verfügen über eine gleichwertige ausländische Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung: Sie verfügen idealerweise über mehrjährige, fundierte klinische und ggf. interventionelle Erfahrung.
  • Fachkompetenz: Sie beherrschen das gesamte Spektrum der nicht\-invasiven Gefässdiagnostik (Farbduplexsonographie).
  • Persönlichkeit: Sie sind eine kommunikative und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit einer positiven und wertschätzenden Grundhaltung. Eigeninitiative und Freude an der Weiterentwicklung der Abteilung zeichnen Sie aus.
  • Sprachen: Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1\-Niveau), um eine reibungslose Kommunikation mit Patienten und Team zu gewährleisten.
