Am Standort Walenstadt in der Abteilung für Allgemeine Innere Medizin arbeiten wir eng mit den angrenzenden Bereichen Akutgeriatrie und Palliative Care zusammen. Dich erwartet ein interdisziplinäres Team mit familiärer Atmosphäre, in dem gegenseitige Unterstützung und eine ganzheitliche Patientenversorgung im Mittelpunkt stehen.

Möchtest du Patient:innen mit einem breiten Spektrum internistischer Krankheitsbilder betreuen und Teil eines engagierten Teams werden? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!

Das sind deine Aufgaben ##

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Du betreust und unterstützt Patientinnen und Patienten in ihren Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens und führst präventive, diagnostische und therapeutische Massnahmen durch
  • Du erledigst die administrativen Aufgaben der Abteilung und wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung des Pflegeprozesses mit
  • Du betreust, begleitest und förderst unsere Lernenden in ihrer Ausbildung und trägst zu einem positiven Lernumfeld bei
  • Ein in der Schweiz anerkanntes Diplom als Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann
  • Freude an der Verantwortung für die Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten und starkes Engagement für professionelle Pflege
  • Bereitschaft, Know-how und Erfahrungen zu teilen, sich fachlich auszutauschen und das eigene Wissen kontinuierlich zu erweitern
